Legal Provision:-
Ø As per section 15(2)(e) of CGST Act, 2017, the value of a supply includes subsidies directly linked to the
price, excluding subsidies provided by the State Governments and the Central Government.
Discussion & Conclusion:-
Ø In the given case, though the subsidy is given by a non-Government body, the same is not includible in the
value as it is given in lumpsum and not directly linked to the price of the supply being valued.
Ø Therefore, the value of supply made by Sharp Minds during the month is ` 3,00,000.
