Components Not Audited
In multi-location group audits, all components' financial statements must be audited, either by the consolidated
financial statements' auditor or the components' auditors. When some components remain unaudited, the
auditor of the consolidated financial statements must assess their impact and consider potential modifications to
the report using guidelines outlined in SA 705.
